Rekruitmen Baru Isi 134 ribu kursi CPNS 2012

Jakarta- Ada kabar baik bagi masyarakat yang mengidamkan bekerja sebagai <u><span style="background-color: #fff2cc;">PNS</span></u>.  Kementrian Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi (Kemen PAN-RB) sudah berancang-ancang membuka keran <b style="background-color: #fce5cd;">seleksi penerimaan CPNS baru</b> Agustus mendatang. Demikian yang disebutkan dalam harian surat kabar Jawa Pos hari ini (17/04/2012). <br />

Deputi Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) Aparatur Kemen PAN-RB Ramli E. Naibaho di Jakarta kemarin (16/04) menuturkan, <a href="http://www.iklanlowongankerja.tk/2012/04/rekruitmen-baru-isi-134-ribu-kursi-cpns.html"><u style="background-color: #fff2cc;"><b>seleksi CPNS</b></u></a> baru yang akan di gelar Agustus atau paling molor Oktober mendatang itu di tujukan untuk mengisi postur anggaran 2012.<br />
<br />
Dia menyatakan, sesuai dengan APBN 2012, kuota CPNS baru tersebut mencapai 134ribu kursi. Periniciannya, untuk instansi pusat (38 ribu kursi), serta instansi daerah (96 ribu kursi).  "Kuota itu nanti di bagi ke seluruh instansi yang mengusulkan CPNS baru." katanya.<br />
<br />
Ramli menegaskan, kuota nasional tersebut tidak seluruhnya diisi pelamar CPNS baru. Tapi juga akan diisi tenaga honorer kategori 1/KI (di gaji APBN atau APBN) serta honorer kategori 1/K2 (di gaji non APBN atau APBD).<br />
<br />
Selain itu, kata Ramli, karena saat ini masih berada dalam masa moratorium CPNS baru, pengalokasian kuota tersebut tidak sembarangan.  Yaitu, hanya untuk pos-pos atau bidang pekerjaan yang diperkecualikan terkena merotarium. Misalnya, guru, dokter, perawat dan bidan.<br />
<br />
Selain itu jatah kursi CPNS baru 2012 di peruntukkan bagi tenaga khusus dan mendesak.  Misalnya tenaga pengawas penerbangan, pelayaran, penyuluh pertanian, pertambangan serta sipir.<br />
<br />
Yang tidak kalah penting, Ramli juga menyatakan, instansi yang ingin memperebutkan kuota CPNS baru itu harus bekerja keras, tidak seperti tahun-tahun sebelumnya.<br />

Key accountabilities :<br />

• Assign discount level for each product and customer based on the  guidance from the principal to minimize dispute that may delay payment.<br />
• Assist finance to handle problems of claim settlement with the principals to minimize company’s loss.<br />
• Breakdown principals’ target by division to all branches to ensure target achievement.<br />
• Conduct demand planning/forecast by SKU to achieve the sufficient national-wide inventory level required.<br />
• Conduct regular visit to the branches to building relationship with  customers and to obtain feedback on how to improve sales performance.<br />
• Improve performance of the team by setting clear objectives, reviewing  achievements, assessing training needs, providing development  opportunities and advancement/ succession planning to equip employees  with the right development plan and programs.<br />
