1. Superintendent – Mine Planning, Environmental & Quality (690282)1

• S1 degree in Mining Engineering or Geology or Civil
• Min 10 year experience in mining industry and minimum 2 years in a senior position
• Hold POU Certificate by the Mines Department
• Having experience mining engineering project study, project economic analysis, evaluation project will be advantage
• Advanced computer skills in one of the major mining software - Mindscape, Vulcan, Surpac, Minex, Mine sight

2. Training Officer – Electrical (731844)

• Recognized Trade or Mechanical Engineering qualifications
• Min 5 year experience in the mining industry as Heavy Equipment Electrical or Heavy Equipment Trainer
• Certificate IV in Workplace Training
• Experienced in Heavy earth

3. Specialist – Recruitment (738569)

• S1 degree in Psychology/Law or relevant discipline
• Preferable have psychologist certification
• Min. 3 years experiences as recruitment specialist
• Having experience in mining or construction industry

4. Plant Finance & Admin Accountant (738047)

• Minimum Tertiary qualification such as Business, Engineering, Accounting
• Minimum of 2 year experiences in System/Cost Accounting or Admin Project in Mining, Construction or related industries
• Having broad knowledge Enterprise Systems such as JDE, ORACLE, SAP• Technical financial and accounting
• Excellent computer skills in MS Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is required
• Capable to work in a team, deliver training, advise and motivate
• Willing to work and transfer across projects in Kalimantan and other Indonesian locations.

5.Engineer – Mining/Mine Planning (735276)

• Graduated from mining or geological engineering
• Experienced in mining heavy industries is essential
• Minimum of 2 year experiences in large open cut mining and mine engineering
• Have Pratama certification - Mine and Energy Department is preferred.

6. General Human Resources Superintendent (729483)

• Tertiary qualification in Law with minimum of 8 years’ experience in similar role for large Mining, Construction, or Oil & Gas industry
• Excellent working knowledge’s of current Industrial Relations practices, Labor Law, or government regulation
• Possess valid lawyer / advocate licenses is a must
• Experience to handle various cases of Industrial Relation in the Labor Court
• Strong leadership skills and good team work,

7. Training Officer – Welding (740790)

• to train & assess apprentices and TCI personnel in all aspects of welding in order to achieve maximum productivity with a high focus on safety
• to ensure that TCI training requirements for tradesman personnel are being conducted in accordance with the TMS
• Coach apprentices in the use of learning resources especially for practical session; develop tradesman training packages, including instructor manuals, student workbooks and all necessary supporting learning resources
• requires minimum Senior High School, Diploma Qualifications or ex Thiess Apprentices
• Minimum of 5 year experiences within the mining industry as Welder/Fabrication Leading Hand
• Welding certification for plates and/or pipes
• Certificate IV in Workplace Training
• superior communication skills-written & verbal, present arguments, facts and instructions in a clear
• fluent and convincing manner; able to Influence/motivate; Coaching/mentoring skill; ability to work effectively with others and related to colleagues and ability to cope with additional responsibilities;

8. Financial Analyst (740597)

• to support the activities of the Commercial Department in undertaking the analysis of investment opportunities in support of TCI business decision-making
• pursues opportunities to expand and diversify company portfolio through the rigorous evaluation of alternative business opportunities
• Analytical support for developments; including Greenfields and brownfields projects and M&A transactions
• degree in S-1 (Bachelor) degree majoring in Economics, Finance, Accounting or Engineering
• Post graduate finance qualification, International qualification preference
• At least 7 years postgraduate accounting and corporate / project finance experience in mining/construction & resources sector and experience in development and / or operations settings.

General Qualification:

- Good in communication in both written and spoken English
- Highly self-motivated and strong analytical skills, team player
- Good in computer

All position will be based in Kalimantan, except for no 3, 6 &7 (will be in Jakarta).
