INFRASTRUCTURE & TECHNICAL SERVICE MANAGER
Direct and manage maintenance activities of all buildings and infrastructure as well as new projects relating to building new infrastructure to assure cost effective and timely provision of maintenance and engineering services.
Key accountabilities

INFRASTRUCTURE & TECHNICAL SERVICE MANAGER
Direct and manage maintenance activities of all buildings and infrastructure as well as new projects relating to building new infrastructure to assure cost effective and timely provision of maintenance and engineering services.
Key accountabilities
• Coordinate with other related Department/Division regarding the technical and quality specification of projects to build and provide inputs when necessary to ensure that the project meets the standard quality and safety requirement.
• Plan and manage preventive as well as corrective actions needed relating to the maintenance of infrastructure and facilities to ensure that all units are maintained in a safe and reasonable manner.
• Take part in the preparation of all the necessary documentation regarding vendors/sub-contractors that is invited in the procurement process to ensure good selection of vendors/sub-contractors from the technical aspects.
• Evaluate all mechanical and electrical specifications and operational manuals to ensure they are accurate, current and applicable to the existing machinery.
• Ensure coordination with Purchasing Department to provide the necessary spare parts for preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
• Monitor maintenance budget to ensure variances are accounted for.
• Responsible to lead the renovation and relocation of branch facility to ensure the renovation is completed on time and relocation expenses are within budget.

• Bachelor degree from Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Age < 40 years old
• Minimum of 5 years experience in the same area & responsibilities
• Highly driven, strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Fluency in English written and spoken is a must
• Mature, strong leadership skills
• Location: Jakarta
