We are a multinational company located in Makassar, South Sulawesi, seeking for a right candidates to join  our team as:

CERTIFICATION MANAGER

Job Purpose:
To support sustainability certification program for coca bean produce by support the development and implementation of certificate program, and engaging program with cocoa famers and other stakeholders (local and national) in field

Main responsibilities:
- Implemet the sustainable supply chain programs and initiatives by engaging directly with farmers and farmer groups around our up-country facilities, other stakeholders including local and international institution, and goverments agencies

- Lead cocoa traceablility and verification systems program within  the 'sustainable supply chain' for the certification processes of our cocoa bean

- Lead and coordinate, support and expand opportunities for farmers and others cocoa stakeholders to learn about sustainability plan agreed

- Develop, plan, coordinate and implement actiivities including workshop, seminars, trainning/course and others programs related to sustainability program (including certification program)

- Support development of initiative program of farmers certification, implementation and in impact monitoring certification program and process.

-Lead in field on program to engage and get farmers/farmers group abel to comply with certification program


Requirements:
-Minimum S1, preferablyu from Agriculture
-To be able to to travel and work in remote area
-To be able to communicate in English; written and spoken
-Minimum 3 years experience in relevant function
-To be able to work under the pressure and action oriented
