Residentially based in Jakarta and reporting to the Superintendent System Implementation, you will provide hardware and software technical support including operations system and software on desktops and servers also supervise network admin team acitvities.

The scope of your role will include but not be limited to :
- Manage multiple servers (hardware, operating system, application) and workstations, ensuring proper integration of these components with existing company computer system.
- Plan, implement and document server installations, upgrades and maintenance.
- Perform backup and restorations measures.
- Evaluate new products and emerging technologies for their suitability within the framework of the current network architecture.
- Play a role in capacity planning and performance modellings and monitoring for computing systems and networks.
- Develop and implement procedures and policies to support the operation of servers and core system services software according to accepted industry standards.
- Provide direct support to IT staff and end-users, including troubleshooting problems involving various systems and/or system components including the desktop, and may direct others infperforming these tasks.
- Troubleshoot networks, systems and applications to identify and correct malfunctions and other operational problems.
