We invite high competent professionals to join our company as:<br /> <br /> Legal Officer (Code: Legal) - Jakarta<br /> <br /> Responsibilities<br /> <br /> * Handling a documents and legal administration<br /> * Reviewing contract agreement with customer<br /> * Prepare Legal Documents in order to formulate draft agreement<br /> * Handling legal aspect with other party (such as government institution or with another institution)<br /> <br /> Requirements<br /> <br /> * Female, Max age 28 years old .<br /> * Min. S1 Law from reputable university with GPA min. 3.00<br /> * Minimum 2 years experience as Legal Officer or corporate legal,<br /> * Strong analytical skill,<br /> * having good interpretations and understand legal matters as well as drafting,<br /> * Good commuication and team work.<br /> * Hard worker, Able to work under pressure, Independent and High integrity.<br /> * English proficiency both written and spoken.<br /> * Closing date: May 15, 2011<br /> <br /> Supervisor Corporate Policy & Business Process Improvement (Code: SOP) - Jakarta<br /> <br /> Responsibilities<br /> <br /> * Responsible for the creation/ improvement of business processes and procedures (flowchart).<br /> * Responsible in making the Draft Policy.<br /> * Responsible for the making of the Draft Internal Memo.<br /> * Responsible for the supervision policy documents.<br /> <br /> Requirements<br /> <br /> * Male, Max. age 33 years old.<br /> * Graduate min.
