Job Description

              PT. Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari ( APL ), a fast growing human health care products

     distribution company ( Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices and Diagnostics ) is
                       looking for professional and qualified candidates for :

                                                        Quality Assurance Manager


Main responsibilities :

Responsible for the overall leadership and direction of the Quality Assurance function in the local ( Jakarta, Bogor, Tangerang ).
Ensure compliance to quality policies, standards and requirements of customers/principals, and local and global regulatory agencies for pharmaceutical and healthcare products in order to safeguard public/patient safety, product quality, and the company business.
Drive the effective implementation of company’s Regional Quality Management System and other quality programs to ensure continuous quality improvement in the storage, distribution, and secondary repackaging of pharmaceutical and healthcare products.


Qualifications :

• Male / female, age below 35
• Minimum Bachelor Degree ( Master degree would be advantage ) in Industrial Engineering, Pharmacies
• Minimum 2 years experience working as Quality supervisor in Pharmaceutical company.

Technical Skills:
 

• Quality Auditing
• Training and Development
• Incident and crisis management
• Project Management

Technical Competencies :

• Good Manufacturing Practice ( GMP ) / Good Storage & Distribution Practice ( GSDP )
• Total Quality Management / TQM
• Quality Assurance Principles
• Value Chain Concepts
• Strong analytical skills, concern for order, initiative, Costumer Service Orientation and Achievement Orientation.
• Fluent in written and spoken English
